Abstrak
Sistem pendingin mengonsumsi energi sangat besar di Indonesia. Teknologi ekspander, yang mendayagunakan energi ekspansi yang biasa terbuang percuma dalam sistem pendingin konvensional, menawarkan
solusi yang menjanjikan dengan penghematan energi sekitar 7% untuk sistem pendingin berbasis refrigeran
R22. Namun demikian, penambahan ekspander ke sistem pendingin tentunya meningkatkan harga sistem
pendingin. Dalam kajian ini, aspek finansial dari penggunaan ekspander pada sistem-sistem pendingin di
dunia industri Indonesia diselidiki. Sistem yang dikaji meliputi berbagai ukuran. Efektifitas diukur dari
jumlah energi dan biaya listrik yang dihemat berdasarkan skema biaya TDL industri Indonesia. Prediksi
perubahan TDL pun dimasukkan untuk membuat kajian ini lebih efektif. Dari data yang dikumpulkan,
periode pengembalian instalasi ekspander dapat dihitung. Ditemukan bahwa pemasangan ekspander sangat
menarik untuk dipakai dalam sistem pendingin industri skala menengah hingga sangat besar Indonesia
dengan periode pengembalian antara 3-4 tahun.

KEANDALAN PREDIKSI SISTEM PELUMAS DENGAN DISTRIBUSI DAN ASUMSI FUNGSI LAJU KEGAGALAN KURVA BATHTUB

Abstract
Maintenance schedule of component is determined by considering one of safety
aspects, reliability. Reliability evaluation is done before operating conditon as prediction
reliability. Reliability which is done during operating condition called corection reliability.
Evaluate onto prediction on reliability of this lubrication system uses distribution equation
and assumption of bathtub curve failure rate function. As a background, so far maintenance
procedure and maintenance methodology of system based on reliability have not been
popular. To make sure that operating system use reliability appropriate with requirement, not
just by delivering manual. To guarantee the appropriateness, I propose methodology with
three scopes of prediction reliability system, they are : interval reliability alignment in one
component, some of component reliability from the beginning of operation upto life time,
and one value of system reliability based on accumulation and configuration. Prediction
reliability of component of Lubrication System consist of three phases which are aged 36
years. Result of the research is choices of prediction reliability curves of Lubrication System
by evaluating reliability itteratively until produce reliability appropriate with requirement. As
a preliminary conclusion, larger life in choice of phase-3 for the same age of phase-1, it is
longer for system to reach regulation. Larger choice of phase-1 for the same age of phase-3,
it is shorter for system to reach regulation.

Web-Enabled Online Learning Based on Online ; Video Tutorial: Developing a Conceptual Model
for Online Knowledge Sharing

Abstract
Information technology development gives major
impact on the activity of knowledge sharing. Traditionally
knowledge sharing is no longer cost effective and convenient with
current business conditions. Barriers of traditional knowledge
sharing can be solved by combining knowledge sharing tools,
such as Web 2.0 and multimedia. Those tools are integrated in
video tutorials on web-enabled online learning. From previous
researches, there were some factors that influenced traditional
knowledge sharing. Therefore, this paper is intented to
theoretically investigate the factors that influenced knowledge
sharing in the online environment. By conducting a systematic
literature review, four factors from tacit and explicit knowledge
sharing were found to be present on this online environment
concepts. These factors have been analyzed from the synthesis of
tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing factors.
The results showed traditional knowledge sharing factors comply
with some factors in the online environment. The relationships
have been illustrated in a conceptual framework, suggesting
further empirical studies to acknowledge findings of this study.
